Master Scheduler (North America)
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Grade: 10JOB DESCRIPTION
NCR is looking for a Master Scheduler to plan production / staging activities of within its North America retail and restaurant operations. This person will work as part of a cross-functional team coordinating Procurement, Production and Customer Fulfillment to build and release a production / staging plan for printers, servers and other peripherals. The scope includes scheduling and tracking the jobs released to production, escalating material shortages and managing customer escalations.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Run daily clear to build reporting and release jobs to drive production / staging activities
Establish weekly and monthly production / staging schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capabilities
Interface daily with supporting departments (Procurement, Supply/Demand Planning, Engineering Change, Customer Fulfillment) to create executable plans and resolve issues.
Analyze and report on staging, CTO and production status and risks.
Manage customer escalations and company revenue priorities.
Plan reconfiguration activities to use-up excess inventory.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
5 years' experience in supply chain operations
Solid, proven organizational, project management and leadership skills
Very IT-literate with different data-driven applications and highly proficient in working in MS Excel
Strong data reporting / data analysis skills and attention to detail
Team player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teams
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates and business stakeholders
High energy and experience working in a demanding fast-paced work environment
Desire to learn and willingness to take on a wide range of assignments
Ability to work on US time zone
