Title: Tier 3 SW Support Engineer Location: Belgrade, Serbia Grade: 10

POSITION SUMMARY :

Step into the forefront of technological innovation as a Tier 3 SW Support Engineer, where you'll engage with leading-edge technologies integral to the retail software industry. Collaborate with premier global groceries retailers, providing top-tier technical support for NCR software products. Your expertise in Microservices architecture, GCP, SQL, CouchDB, and Kubernetes will be key in maintaining the reliability and functionality of mission-critical systems. We're seeking individuals with a passion for continuous learning and a drive to excel in a fast-paced team environment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

· Spearhead the diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues, driving solutions at the forefront of our technology stack.

· Engage in proactive troubleshooting and defect resolution, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance of production systems.

· Mentor and empower fellow support agents, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

· Craft and refine technical documentation, elevating our support processes to new levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

· Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrate 3-5 years of senior-level technical support experience, ideally within the retail sector.

• Proficiency in SQL querying, alongside a robust understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and tools.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\SKILLS

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a related discipline.

• familiarity working on GCP Platform.

• Prior exposure to retail software systems, particularly Point of Sale (POS) solutions.

• Familiarity with Microsoft and Linux OS and scripting languages.

• Embrace an ITIL background, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
