  • Analiza el desempeño del territorio y desarrolla estrategias para mejorar el Servicio

  • Desarrolla relaciones con clientes

  • Advierte clientes de estándares de entrega de servicio

  • Proporciona gestión de cuentas de servicio para clientes de Nivel III

  • Responde a problemas escalados

  • Persigue oportunidades de ingresos a través de contratos de mantenimiento adicionales y servicios auxiliares

  • Gestiona gastos, inventario, tiempo y procesos materiales

  • Responsabilidad total de liderazgo y supervisión para unidades / equipos administrativos operacionales medianos

  • Aplica habilidades analíticas y conocimiento de herramientas y metodologías de análisis de datos

  • Resuelve los problemas técnicos más complejos

  • Por lo general, logra los resultados del equipo a través de los líderes del equipo

  • Ejecuta programas de venta de servicios

  • Dirige negociaciones contractuales

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Se requiere una persona con título en Ingenieria preferiblemente industrial, de sistemas o en administración de empresas. Con experiencia mínima de 5 años en el manejo de personal de campo.

  • Es necesario que tenga Certificación ITIL básica como mínimo

  • Hable y escriba ingles en nivel avanzado

  • Que esté dispuesto a viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel
