TITLE: Delivery Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Order processing; ERP system transactions referring to order placement / receipt / delivery.
Acts as the single point of contact for order fulfillment issues at point of order and after order submission; Acts as single point of contact for matters related to shipments/ imports /deliveries.
Interfaces with the Scheduling and Shipping Teams to ensure on-time shipment and delivery of all hardware and software products associated with a customer order.
Monitors HW/SW staging activities to assure on time delivery and revenue.
Updates the necessary fields in ERP [Schedule Arrival Date / Promise Date] related to order fulfillment metrics;
Processes and co-ordinates order changes such as cancellations, add-ons, product reconfigurations, delivery address changes, quantity changes, and desired receipt date (DRD) adjustments; Communicates changes and monitors impacts;
Owns revenue attainment by ensuring revenue trigger made according to contractual terms without any audit exposure and in line to supply availability; Escalates, as appropriate, any issue that may impact expected revenue date.
Balances delivery expectations with delivery capabilities
Controls HW/SW inventory accounts; Performs quarterly CF audits and annual physical stock counts or as appropriate; Monitors inventory aging and ensures policy compliance.
Coordinates the TP Warehouse and Logistics vendor agreements.
Participation in weekly OLK/LOS and Revenue Assurance meetings.
Strives to delight customers with existing and innovative techniques.
Follow global processes and procedures utilizing call management tools and or improvisation
Proactive engagement with Account Support
Execute continuous improvement on quality and compliance to processes.
Identifies areas of improvement, understands issues, takes corrective action or escalates appropriately.
Record Keeping [customer orders / agreements / revenue documentation] and ensures records are available for audit purposes.
Reporting [Inventory reports / Revenue reports / WEEE recycling]
Reviews and coordinates Letter of Credits
Export Compliance screening for MEA and appropriate record keeping / communication and cooperation with Law and area FIN Controller.
BSA Bachelor Degree
1-3 years of related experience
Knowledge of MS Office and computer software suites (ERP)
Extensive knowledge of general business methods and practices with an emphasis in materials and logistics management
Works constructively and collaboratively with others and across organizations to accomplish organizational goals and objectives
Demonstrates a sense of urgency for customers
Applies functional expertise to improve financial and operational results, and customer satisfaction measurements
Ability to identify and remove obstacles to ensure organization results are achieved
Completes job assignments with minimal supervision
Competent in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
Team player with organizational skills
