Responsibilities

  • Manage NCR solution configuration.

  • Provide assistance to client with technical issues and third level support.

  • Assists with classification and prioritization of incidents.

  • Maintain test environments.

  • Conducting requirements analysis, technical investigation and troubleshooting.

  • Verifying project issues and fixes.

  • Work with internal and external teams to successfully deploy the solution.

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the team and/ or client.

  • Act as a technical liaison for the client.

  • Working under the direction of Senior SME or Team Leader as required.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in an IT-related field (preferably in any of the following: technical consultancy, system administration, user support or similar fields.)

  • Experience in solving technical problems, and follow-through actions including documenting and sharing solutions.

  • Experience working with Scripting Languages (PowerShell or Kix).

  • Experience working with Databases (Oracle or Microsoft SQL).

  • Knowledge of MS Products.

  • Experience working with Change Management Processes (ITIL) and Incident Management Systems.

  • Excellent, well-developed interpersonal, client-facing skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work towards deadlines and under pressure.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with on-site and off-site teams.

  • Enthusiastic and Hungry to learn. Willing to take on new challenges and resolve them methodically.

  • Flexibility to work in different worktimes.

Highly desired:

  • Experience working in an agile project environment.

  • Experience working in retail and/or professional services.

  • Retail POS products knowledge is beneficial.
