MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures successful design, development, and deployment of global services processes and related infrastructure. Scope is global and typically includes three or fewer process areas or systems. Manages portions of a project. Tracks, updates, communicates project status, scheduling and documentation.

  • Analyzes, designs, and develops well-defined methods and procedures for service related activities.

  • Work closely with other members of the NCR Services Design and Engineering team to design a multi-functional business solution; Work closely with IT Services organization to implement a unified Field Service Delivery structure

  • Gather, define and document system/tool business requirements; Gathers information from a wide range of sources to resolve problems with unknown solutions including internal business units and third party vendors

  • Works on multiple projects or a project with global scope

  • Contributes to recommendations on process redefinition to adapt processes to solutions

  • Conduct testing, develop test cases, perform tie-outs, and deliver training

  • Support the development of training and deployment

  • Develop project management skills

  • Applies principles, concepts, practices and standards of professional field to projects and assignments

  • Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards

  • Identifies inconsistencies in data or results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge on T-SQL.

  • Knowledge on Relational & Not Relational Databases

  • Manage Operatives Systems Windows Server & Linux

  • Ability to extract, transform and load data, in different data sources and models.

  • 2 years of related experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; Professional communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of Manage SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, MongoDB

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Infrastructure

  • Knowledge of Apache Hadoop Ecosystem

  • Knowledge of C# & Python programing language

  • Intermediate English language

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
