TITLE: Procurement Coordinator II

LOCATION: Belgrade



  • Performs assignments requiring a general understanding of the principles, theories, and practices of the procurement process, including purchase order management, expediting the input of raw materials, and inbound logistics.

  • Applies sound analytical techniques, product knowledge, and systems application knowledge to evaluate material requirements, and delivery scheduling for assigned products to meet customer requirements

  • Promotes open and effective oral and written communications to internal Buying team, regional master schedulers and external NCR suppliers in a promote and effective manner

  • Provide open purchase order line analysis of promise date alignment to business requirements, analyzing for exceptions and prioritization

  • Communicates open order requirements to suppliers, including open exceptions and prioritization

  • Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on supplier performance including promise date compliance and delivery performance; Development and implementation of process improvements related to supplier performance

  • Maintains records of commodities/parts for order and support to the Buyer team; Completes daily delivery exceptions reporting; Works with Buyers and/or suppliers to resolve order issues and/or ensure timely availability of commodities and related materials for production/assembly

  • Enters and/or tracks data and monitors deliveries in support of the Buyer team; matches deliveries against purchase orders; and expedites orders where required

  • Provide track & trace support of in-transit inbound shipments, including aggregation of shipment details from carriers and suppliers, reconciliation of shipments data to orders, and daily consolidated reporting of tracking for in-transit purchase orders.

  • Required to understand how to generate hard copy, e-mail, fax, EDI, and supplier portal purchase orders

  • Works routine demand and supply exception messages requiring problem solving, and decision-making skills

  • Manages inventory and assets through systems and processes; Executes basic logistics processes


High School Diploma or equivalent

1 – 3 years of related experience

Excellent interpersonal, record-keeping, and organizational skills; Ability to balance priorities and follow-up on action items

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience using Microsoft suite (i.e., email; Word; Excel)

Excellent communication, business, analytical, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills

Ability to identify process failures and implement solutions

Requires extensive knowledge of general business methods and practices with an emphasis in material management

Works constructively and collaboratively with others and across organizations to accomplish organizational goals and objectives


Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Knowledge of Oracle would be considered as an advantage
