Skill set requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in Quality Management

  • Relevant academic experience

  • Certification in Quality Assurance

  • Highly experienced with Quality methodologies, definition and implementation

  • Familiar with quality gates process and measurement procedures

  • Experience from large/global high-tech companies

  • Experience with customer (abroad)

Responsibilities

Keep creating and maintaining new shared processes for quality methodologies based on latest known industry standards, customers need and NCR processes:

  • Lead/Participate in the deep dive audit process

  • Create and monitor corrective actions plan status

  • Tailor project processes

  • Create and publish the project control reports

Improve quality processes implementation by effective's way, lead the Quality Gates(QG) process:

  • Build and manage the QGs plan for the project/s

  • Conduct QGs meetings with the project/s stakeholders, to take the right decisions

  • Publish the QG summary report

  • Escalate QG final score when ‘NO GO’

    Manage Quality KPIs:

  • Improve data integrity for the defects management

  • Make sure the development and testing groups analyze the KPIs reports

  • Collect all Root Cause Analysis

  • Collect and manage the improvement action plan

  • Conduct monthly KPIs forum discussion
