  • Site recce for branches projects.

  • End to end site execution for branches, restaurants & retail projects.

  • Site completion with TAT and quality.

  • Monitoring & tracking progress of site implementation with regional team.

  • Preparation of progress reports – On Daily Basis.

  • Maintaining Structured MIS.

  • Sharing the rollout progress with customer through Dash Board on daily basis.

  • Process implementation.

  • Cross functional coordination & follow up.

  • Closely monitoring of sites with field team so the sites are completed within TAT.

  • Ensuring sites are Operational within SLA ensuring zero penalty.

  • Preparing monthly provision of TIS and timely submission.

  • Responsible for delivering 100% quality in TIS work.

  • Responsible for identifying quality contractors & vendors.

  • Responsible for training the team members in TIS team.

  • Monitoring of day to day progress of TIS activities across the country.

  • Monitoring of Delivery & Installation of Assets.

  • Monitoring of Vendors SLA.

  • Ensuring timely payments to Vendors.

  • Forecasting of PO of contractor’s & Vendor’s with Commercial team.

  • Ensuring the Contractor PO is released on time.

  • Ensuring timely Payments to Contractor’s.

  • Levying Penalty on Vendor’s & Contractor’s for crossing the TAT.
